We ship via both FedEx and USPS. Please be sure that you include your complete street address for Fed Ex shipments (No PO Boxes). Also, please keep us informed of address changes so that you can receive future catalogs and information.

Step Three: Request and fill out the Blue Form.
Once you have obtained the Blue Form from the Western Union Agent, you must fill out the appropriate information. In addition to the payment amount, you need to provide your Live Science Parts.com order reference number. You will receive your reference number after submitting and choosing Western Union as your desired payment method. This reference number will be available in your e-mailed receipt.

Step Four: Once you have made the payment, the Western Union Agent will issue you a unique transaction identification number known as a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Please call us at (954) 900-8529 8am to 5pm CST. Give our staff your (MTCN), or email this information to us at: Sales@livescienceparts.com

After we receive your notice of payment, we will retrieve your payment from Western Union and notify you by telephone or email that we have received your payment and your order will be sent shortly.

Personal/Business Checks and Money Orders are also accepted as valid means of payment. Should you decide to pay by check or money order, select ‘Check’ or ‘Money Order’ from the payment options in the shopping cart and place the order. If paying with a personal check, your order will not ship until your check clears. 

For Canadian and other foreign orders, bank transfers are most convenient. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Personal checks will delay shipping 10 days to allow checks to clear. Sorry we cannot ship C.O.D.

Purchase orders are gladly accepted from bonafide educational institutions within the United States. Our terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice for any amount over $250.00.

Orders are normally shipped within 1 working day. We will not hold up your order for an out of stock item, unless we expect it within a few days. Beyond that point we will notify you of any delays. We ship FedEx ground service (no more than 5 delivery days in the U.S.) Next-Day, Second-Day, Flat Rate FedEx 2-Day Air or Three-Day. “Rush Order” delivery is available for rush at an additional cost. Delivery may not be available on recognized national holidays, visit USPS and FedEx’s website for more details. 

Most skulls are in individually labeled boxes or bags for easy identification, shipping and storage.

Since many of our products are natural bone specimens and no animals are destroyed for our purposes, occasionally even common specimens will be backordered. These orders are normally filled within a reasonable amount of time. You will be notified of delays over 30 days.

All items offered by Live Science Parts are legally obtained by-products and can legally be sold according to the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We assume when you order an item from us that you can legally possess the item(s) according to the laws of your state or country. Please note, if you order an item(s) from us that you cannot possess according to the laws of your state or country, Skulls Unlimited accepts no responsibility for this act and will hold you responsible for any penalties and legal fees incurred by Live Science Parts. Please be aware of your local laws before purchasing specimens that you may be in doubt of.

Next-Day, Second-Day and Three-Day shipping is available at an additional $10.00 above normal air shipping charges. Orders must be received before 2:30 p.m. CST to be shipped the same day. Shipments other than the Continental United States will be shipped the most cost efficient way.


Flat rate FedEx 2 Day Air Shipping is a flat-rate service offered on qualified products based on size and dimensions. Weight and size limitations apply. Service available for U.S. Domestic shipping only. 

Live Science Parts is a true believer in protecting the environment and its natural resources. Our hope is that you will in turn use our boxes and materials for your shipping needs. By continuing the “cycle” we are all preserving the future. If you have any comments regarding our recycling efforts please do not hesitate to contact us.

We guarantee our products to be true to the description and quality presented in our catalog and on our website. Do not return merchandise without first contacting us. We will either exchange the item or issue a credit to your account for a complete refund, less any shipping charges and export fees incurred. Please enclose your invoice with your returned merchandise. Merchandise returned after 10 days of date of invoice may be charged a 20% restocking fee and orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted. We must be notified within 5 business days of any inaccuracies in your order.

Our return policy is extended during the Christmas season to 10 days after Christmas without penalty.

International Orders:

OccasionallyLive Science Parts will require Bank transfers for particular International Orders.

No products, real or replica offered by Live Science Parts require paperwork of any kind, as long as they are shipped to an American address. The fees below apply only to shipments leaving the United States.

Replica products do not require any clearance from the United States and will be shipped without any additional fees.

Please be aware that on all International Orders, shipping charges and fees may vary depending on the items requested, their weight, and destination.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees charged by their country. This may involve being required to pay the delivery person when your package is delivered. If an item does need to be returned, it should be sent so that no customs fees are charged to Live Science Parts. This can be done by telling the shipper that the order is a return for replacement (or that the item is damaged). If customs fees are billed to Live Science Parts your return will be refused.

Special Considerations about Placing International Orders for Real Wild Animal Products.

Wild Animal Products require inspection by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services (USFWS) for export from the United States.

International orders for these items are gladly accepted. There are certain fees to be expected when we export your order. United States law requires every fish and wildlife product must leave the country through a designated port for inspection. The closest USFWS designated port to Live Science Parts is Dallas,Texas. There will be a transportation fee assessed to you in order to get your shipment to Dallas inspection, normally about $75.00.

All parcels containing real animal products most often also need a U.S. Dept of Agriculture Export certificate at the cost of $51.00. This form often allows easy clearance of real animal products into your country.

The USFWS has an inspection fee of $93.00 to clear your shipment.

Once the parcel is cleared by USFWS, the parcel would need to ship by a bonded freight forwarder. Estimated shipping charges will vary and you will be contacted to approve shipping charges before shipping.

Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna (CITES)

 Unfortunately, items that are CITES are unable to be exported out of the United States.
